In 2023 Heywood acquired 7 Rose Road in the heart of Ponsonby - Grey Lynn on the corner of Rose Road & Pollen Street.
A full refurbishment has now been undertaken to transform this building into a series of 6 premium boutique shared office suites. The building is currently fully leased however we do have a waitlist for those interested in securing a spot in one of Auckland’s most sought after locations.
5 ROSE ROAD, GREY LYNN
In April 2025, we acquired 5 Rose Road - right next door to 7 Rose Road, which we recently refurbished and continue to own and manage. Together, they represent a rare foothold in one of Auckland’s most sought after neighbourhoods.
The building comprises four private office suites above a curated selection of food and beverage operators at ground level, known as Rose Alley.
