Heywood Property is led by Elliott Taylor and Steph Bidois, a duo with complementary expertise across property, investment, and business operations.

Elliott Taylor, provides strategic direction and oversees the day-to-day management of the business. A Senior Scholar in both Property and Commerce from the University of Auckland, Elliott began his career with KPMG before pursuing a more entrepreneurial path. With a strong background in site sourcing, project management and development, Elliott now focuses on value-add property opportunities while continuing to consult for a number of respected developers and landowners.

Steph Bidois brings strategic oversight to operations, site acquisition, sales and marketing. Prior to Heywood, Steph held a senior management role at one of New Zealand’s most reputable development and investment firms. She brings deep experience in project management, marketing and governance, including four years as a Trustee for Sport Waitākere.
