Founded on the ethos of wanting to change property for good, Heywood raises capital to acquire and transform underutilised commercial properties into spaces businesses want and need, specialising in adaptive reuse. We also offer development management and asset management as external services, working on behalf of commercial property landlords looking to reposition their assets or otherwise unlock value. We manage the full lifecycle, from acquisition and due diligence through to project delivery, leasing, refinancing and on-going asset management.
